The Benchmade Heckler & Koch Knife model 14210 Snody Tactical Knife was designed around the Benchmade patented AXIS locking mechanism. The AXIS lock has been touted as possibly "the strongest folding lock ever". Its unique locking mechanism is not only extremely tough, but it also makes for a very smooth opening tactical folder. The 3.4" partially serrated, modified drop point with recurve blade is constructed of BT2 coated 154CM stainless steel which is known for good corrosion resistance and for its ruggedness and edge-holding quality. The tactical folder also features dual thumb-studs, double 410 stainless steel liners, black G-10 handle scales and a movable black metal pocket clip.
